- By registering with Shaw Online it will mean that you have agreed to the following terms and conditions and that you are 18 years or older and all the wines you are purchasing are not for resale by a licensed person. You can cancel your registration anytime, simply email sales@shawvineyards.com.au and your account will be cancelled.
- Wine Purchases
- Shaw Vineyard Estate is committed to the responsible service of alcohol provisions. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years'. Liquor Licence No. 24013412. While we will endeavor to supply you with your requested wines, please understand that all wines are available only while stocks last. If a particular wine is not available you will be immediately notified.
- Shaw Online Discounts
- By registering with Shaw Online you will receive a 10% discount on all wines online. This discount does not apply to shipping costs.
- Shaw Online Credits
- Shaw Online Credits are calculated on 10% of online wine sales and does not include shipping costs. Your credits remain valid for the life of your registration. You can accrue a maximum of 1500 credits, once you reach the maximum allowable credits you will stop accruing further credits until you reduce your credits below 1500. If you cancel your registration, all unused wine credits will be forfeited as they are not transferrable and can not be redeemed for cash. Credits are not applicable to cellar door purchases as it is an online based program only. Shaw Online Credits can not be used to pay for shipping and shipping is not taken into account when calculating the credit value. Credits are awarded in whole dollar increments only eg. wine sales of $217.00 will give you a credit of 21 credits not 21.7 credits. You can access your information online to check your credits balance. You will also have access to check the status of your orders, view and amend your account information and view credits.
- Privacy
- Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Shaw Vineyard Estate is committed to protecting and preserving the integrity of any personal information that we collect. We will not sell, distribute or release any of your personal details to any third party organisation. Your details, unless otherwise specified by you, will not be used for any other purpose other than that stipulated for the use of your Shaw Online registration.

- We endeavor to dispatch all of our wine orders within 3-4 working days of the order being received. Payment will be processed at the time of dispatch. You will be advised if there is a substantial delay in sending your order.
All deliveries are via Couriers Please. As wine orders cannot be delivered to a Post Office box you must supply a street address. Delivery to capital cities is within 5-7 working days. Other areas (including Tasmania, Northern Territory and Western Australia) may take up to 12 working days.
If the person accepting the delivery is out and no delivery instructions have been provided you will be left a card in your letter box requesting you to call the courier to arrange a suitable delivery time.
All orders are insured against physical loss and damage whilst in transit. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your delivery.
Free delivery to ACT, NSW & VIC on 12 or more bottles, charges for other states are determined by your delivery location and are charged on a per case basis. Free delivery does not apply to case specials.
